44 kg weight loss diet with simple lifestyle changes: Influencer burns fat without giving up food

Send Push
In recent years, weight loss has become one of the most discussed health goals, with countless diets and workout trends circulating online. However, while many people experiment with restrictive plans and quick fixes, experts often stress that long-term results come from balance and consistency. Stories of individuals who achieve transformation through gradual lifestyle changes, without giving up food entirely, offer practical lessons for others on a similar path.

Eating Right Without Giving Up Food
One such story is that of social media influencer Akshay Kakkar, who has become a source of motivation for many after losing 44 kg in just one year. His journey revealed during this year’s Ganesh Chaturthi, when he shared two photos — one from 2023 at 179 kg and another from 2024 at 135 kg. The striking difference reflected not just a physical change, but months of discipline, patience, and lifestyle adjustments.

Unlike many weight loss trends that eliminate entire food groups, Akshay focused on portion control and balanced meals. His everyday plate included salads, protein-packed vegetables, dal, roti, and papad for taste. Instead of giving up food, he learned how to enjoy it in the right proportions. By sharing these meal choices on social media, he showed his followers that sustainable eating does not require extreme restrictions.

Cardio and Yoga
Alongside his diet, Akshay adopted a regular cardio routine. His workout clips often featured exercises that helped him burn calories, improve stamina, and maintain heart health. Cardio also helped him build consistency, which fitness experts often identify as a crucial factor for long-term success.

Another major element of his fitness plan was yoga. In a video posted in June, Akshay described yoga as a healing practice that improved both his mental and physical well-being. He encouraged others not to overlook it while aiming for weight loss.

Healthline says that yoga offers numerous benefits supported by research, including better flexibility, strength, reduced stress, improved cardiovascular functioning, and enhanced sleep quality. Studies also suggest it may help manage anxiety and depression, making it a valuable addition to any fitness plan.
