Jewellery is an essential part of any outfit I wear. If, for any reason, I leave the house in a rush without a collection of rings, an earring stack or a necklace, I feel utterly naked. A pop of gold, silver or something sparkly can, and always will, add joy, personality, glamour and elevation to any look.
The prospect of a festive advent calendar that is chocca-block withglorious jewellery makes it feel like Christmas has come early. With beauty calendars launching left, right and centre, from Glossybox’s luxury beauty offering for £90worth £624 to LookFantastic’s £105 iteration worth over £650.
Jewellery advent calendars are great for those who value jewels over blushes and lipsticks. It doesn’t need to be overboard, either, as Joma Jewellery has launched a mini advent calendar in itsSilver-Plated 6 Days Of Sparkle Advent Calendar, which costs £84.99 but is worth up to £135.

Now, the first detail that’s imperative if getting this as a gift for someone is knowing the giftees metal-preference as the set is filled with earrings, bracelets and necklaces all in silver.
The 6 Days Of Sparkle Advent Calendar comes neatly packaged in a pink and red jewellery box that is very aesthetically pleasing - it is decorated in starbursts and has a diagonal stripe design that adds a playful element. Being relatively sturdy, it can definitely be used again as an actual jewellery storage box as it doesn’t necessarily scream Christmas - if you don’t want it to.
The Joma Jewellery Silver-Plated 6 Days Of Sparkle Advent Calendar is £84.99. For those who want even more jewellery treats, the brand's12 Days of Sparkle Advent Calendaris £169.99. For the gold jewellery fans amongst us, Bohomoon's 2025 Advent Calendaris £149 and contains 12 boxes filled with rings, earrings, necklaces and more. It also comes in silver.
Now, onto the jewellery. With a one-size fits all approach, the jewellery inside - which is made with silver plated brass - is all adjustable, to ensure they will fit the wearer.
For example, the star-embellished ring can be tightened or loosened by pushing it shut, while one bracelet is elasticated, while the other has a lengthener on its chain and is adjusted by pulling the chain through, rather than a clasp. The bracelets can also be layered nicely. Both have little charms on - one a heart, and one with stars, which are just adorable.
A lovely extra-special touch for anyone getting the box is that theA Little Braceletcan also be personalised with your loved one's name and handpicked charms.

They’re also of gorgeous quality and look lovely, bright and are rather delicate, which is great for those who like a little bit of glamour without being too in-your-face. With two pairs of earrings inside, the advent calendar includes a small pair of hoops with cosmic stars etched into them and heart-shaped studs that make up a lovely little ear stack.
The necklace, matching the bracelet with the heart and earrings, is also adjustable in length and is a dainty piece that hasn’t seemed to tarnish in the shower or from being worn for days on end - proving its quality.

A lovely detail is that the jewellery selection can all be worn together as they have the same theme woven through their design, which makes a nice touch when wanting to be matchy-matchy. My only gripe is that the ring, despite being a one-size fits all, wasn’t quite my style and with it being an open design, didn’t quite feel that secure. Although if worn on my little finger, it could certainly be pressed shut.
The box itself doesn’t have any reviews to go off just yet but I can attest that it’d make a gorgeous little pre-Christmas gift for anyone who deems themself a jewellery-buff.
