Justin Bieber shows off full beard transformation as shares surprise album release

Justin Bieberhad a number of surprises up his sleeve for his loyal fans. The Never Say Never singer, 31, has shown off another new look while also revealing new music.

The pop sensation is known for switching up his unique style, but he took things a step further this time out as he posed with a full beard in the stateside sunshine He was spotted out driving in Los Angeles and his bold new style was in full show as he perched his arm out an open car window.

Justin was seen with his new facial hair and sporting a pair of silver shades with coloured lenses. He also donned luxury jewellery, with a glitzy hooped earring and a nose stud visible. He was later seen showing off his new look while out with wife Hailey Bieber, who looked stunning in a short black dress and sunglasses.

The outing came as the singer surprisingly revealed he was releasing new music - and it's already available. Just eight weeks after his seventh album was released, Justin dropped a new track on streaming platforms this weekend.

And his stunned fans were thrilled - both with his new look and his music. One X, formerly known as Twitter user, gushed over how good he looked with a beard, while others were quick to praise his musical output.

SWAG was Justin's seventh studio album and was released back in July after a four-year hiatus from the music scene. He had initially took the industry by storm with his most recent album and it's already garnered immense success.

With the standout single DAISIES topping the UK charts, Bieber has now claimed his eighth No 1 single in Blighty. The accolade ranks him on the all-time list of artists with the most Official UK Number 1 singles, putting him level with Oasis, The Rolling Stones and Sam Smith.

Shortly before its shock release, fans were ecstatic as Justin revealed the exciting news. "IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING???," one shared as another said: "As if this year couldn't be more epic."

A third fan full of excitement added: "justin bieber giving us two albums in ONE YEAR?!? oh my gawddddd dreams do come true".

Following his latest release, wife Hailey Bieber showed she is very much still a 'Belieber'. Taking to Instagram to show her support of her man, the mum-of-one, who is also busy promoting her latest Rhode beauty launch, said: "Happy swag II day."

She shared a number of shots from her favourite songs from the album to her Instagram Stories. Those getting recognition from Hailey included the tunes Bad Honey, Love Song, I Do, and When It’s Over.

It's thought I Do could be a tribute tune Justin has released in recognition of his wife. It's reported the tune will help shut down any speculation that was circulating that the pair's marriage was facing difficulties.

Lyrics from the song include "Never loved you more than I do right now" and "You will always be the one that I choose". Earlier this year fans had feared there was trouble in paradise after a Father's Day online rant from the hitmaker.
