A cheeky barman at the Etihad Stadium sparked outrage when he was spotted donning a Manchester United shirt while serving drinks.
The Red Devils had descended upon the blue side of Manchester for a crucial derby match on Sunday afternoon, with both teams aiming to shake off their sluggish starts to the season. One audacious United supporter decided to get one over City before the game even kicked off.
This fan, who was pulling pints behind the bar at the Etihad, unzipped his jacket to reveal a United shirt, much to the annoyance of the City fans he was serving.
"Absolute joke @ManCity - letting one of the bar staff in block 315 wear a United shirt on Derby Day," one disgruntled fan tweeted, sharing a photo of the man serving him an Asahi.
"The game is too far gone," another supporter responded. While a third quipped: "Some fella turns up in fancy dress and that's your biggest concern, £4 for a sausage roll is an outrage?", reports the Daily Star.

As United fans revelled in the unexpected victory, City caught wind of the social media post and promptly issued a statement on their Fan Support page.
It read: "Thank you for making us aware of this. We can confirm that this individual has now been removed from their position.
"Scenes when united win and hire him," one fan joked. Another chimed in: "Make this the 118th charge.."
City supporters had another reason to cheer during the first half, as local hero Phil Foden netted a goal to put Pep Guardiola's team in the lead. It was a poignant day for Foden, following the tragic passing of Ricky Hatton.
"My heart obviously goes out to his family at this hard time," Foden, who was back in the team for the derby, told Sky Sports. "To hear the news just before a big game is devastating, I'm sure he would have been here today supporting us.
"Today is for him and we're going to try and get the win and do the best for him."
When asked if it could serve as extra motivation, Foden added: "Definitely, we've got to use it as motivation and try and get the win for him."
