State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the release of the admit card for the Clerk Prelims Exam 2025. Candidates who are set to take the exam can access their admit cards by visiting the official SBI website at sbi.co.in. To obtain the admit card, candidates must log in using their registration number and password.
As per the schedule provided by SBI, the Clerk Prelims examination is scheduled for September 20, 21, and 27, 2025.
SBI Clerk Recruitment 2025: Total Vacancies
A total of 6,589 clerk positions will be filled through this recruitment initiative. This includes 5,180 regular positions and 1,409 backlog vacancies. The distribution of vacancies by category is as follows: 2,255 for the general category, 788 for Scheduled Castes, 450 for Scheduled Tribes, 1,179 for Other Backward Classes, and 508 for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates.
Selection Process for SBI Clerk
The selection procedure consists of several stages, beginning with the preliminary exam, which is an online test worth 100 marks.
Following this, candidates will take the main exam, which includes 190 questions and is valued at 200 marks, with a time limit of 2 hours and 40 minutes. Additionally, candidates who have not studied the local language in their 10th or 12th grade must also complete a language proficiency test.
It is important to note that only the scores from the main exam will be used to compile the final merit list. Final selection is contingent upon passing the eligibility verification and local language test.
Candidates who successfully clear both the preliminary and main exams will receive a salary ranging from Rs 24,050 to Rs 64,480.

2. Click on the 'Career' tab located on the homepage.
3. Select 'Junior Associate Recruitment' under the 'Current Vacancies' section.
4. Click on the link to download the admit card.
5. Log in using your registration number and password.
6. Download the admit card and print it for future reference.
