'Weird stain' on Melania Trump's birthday card to Donald sparks dark theory

When Donald Trump celebrated his 71st birthday, social media was awash with congratulatory messages and well-wishes from supporters across the globe.

Amongst them was what appeared to be a touching and patriotic post from none other than his wife, First Lady Melania Trump.

Melania turned to X to share a photograph of the birthday card she had presented to her husband. The image displayed an elegant card bearing the words "Happy Birthday Mr President" written in graceful script beneath a gold-embossed presidential seal.

The post was accompanied by three red heart emojis and an American flag, reports the Mirror US.

However, whilst the message was meant to be sincere, it wasn't long before the internet spotted something entirely different.

A woman noticed an unusual mark in the centre of the card, zoomed in on it, and directed everyone's attention to the small, orange spot.

This triggered a wave of theories - one being that Melania had concealed a secret message within the mark, hoping someone would spot it. Some suggested it represented his presidency.

There were numerous jokes about spray tans. References to 'tiny hands' were made.

Then some more sinister theories surfaced.

Some speculated that Melania had concealed a message in the mark, with one person even superimposing the letters 'SOS' over it - as if she required rescuing from her husband. Of course, in reality, the mark wasn't intentionally placed there by Melania and is likely just a drop of iced tea or coffee that was accidentally spilled.

However, that hasn't stopped people from making light of the situation - and it's not the first time theories have surfaced about Melania wanting to escape her husband.

Speculations first arose during his first inauguration when her facial expression quickly morphed from a smile into a scowl behind his back.

Observers noted that the reason for the shift could be due to Trump seeming to turn to converse with his daughter, Ivanka, instead of his wife.
